The present invention relates to a zinc complex catalyst including bispyrazolyl ligand for manufacturing a polymer of a monomer including cyclic ester group, especially lactide, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing method of polymer using the same, and more specifically, to a catalyst for manufacturing a polymer of a monomer including cyclic ester group consisting of a zinc complex which does not include a chiral center in which a halogenated zinc compound is combined with the bispyrazolyl ligand which does not include the chiral center, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing method of a polymer, especially poly-lactide, including cyclic ester group with a superior heterotacticity and conversion rate using the same.
