The present invention relates to a test strip for diagnosing a prostate cancer using formaldehyde of sarcosine metabolite, a manufacturing method thereof, and a prostate cancer diagnosing method using the same. The invention is provided to diagnose a prostate cancer easier and more quickly than an existing method using a spectrophotometer and the like. The present invention comprises: sarcosine oxidase which generates a sarcosine metabolite; and 4-Amino-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole (AHMT) or N-methylbenzothiszolinone-2-hydrazone (MBTH) which functions as chromogen by reacting with formaldehyde generated by oxidizing sarcosine.
