Disclosed is a device for high resolution physical quantity measurement based on a laser pulse using a flight time method, which comprises: a laser pulse generation unit for periodically generating a laser pulse having a stable pulse; a path selection unit for selecting a traveling path of the periodic pulse generated by the laser pulse generation unit from reflected light and local light; a delay time generation unit for adjusting the path length of the local light selected by the path selection unit; a control unit for controlling a repetition rate of the laser pulse to overlap the delayed local light with the laser pulse of the reflected light; a correlation generation unit for overlapping the reflected light reflected after hitting a target with the local light; and a physical quantity determination unit for determining a physical quantity through a correlation between the local light and the reflected light generated by the correlation generation unit. The device for high resolution physical quantity measurement based on a laser pulse using a flight time method according to the present invention uses a laser pulse with a stable absolute phase and can measure a physical quantity using a field cross correlation as well as an intensity cross correlation, thereby measuring the physical quantity with high resolution.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
