The present invention relates to a circular sweet spot trainer manufactured based on the fact that a golf ball should be correctly hit onto the sweet spot of a golf club to ensure a flight distance and an orientation with respect to a golf swing. According to the invention, a head shape of a golf club for training is a circular shape which is the same shape as an actual golf ball, thereby increasing the probability for hitting the sweet spot and reducing miss shots. Also, it is provided to correct a posture of a wrong balance movement, and enable an efficient training for a down-blow shot.
