Disclosed are an LNG tank warming-up system and an LNG tank warming-up method. In a tank warming-up system for a vessel with multiple LNG tanks, the LNG tank warming-up system of the present invention includes a heater; and a boil off gas (BOG) compressor compressing BOG generated in the LNG tanks. The LNG tank warming-up system for a vessel is characterized by heating natural gas compressed by the BOG compressor with the heater and supplying the heated gas to at least one LNG tank to warm up the tank.
