The present invention relates to a method for analyzing the level of methylation of target DNA including a step of treating target DNA extracted from biological samples with use of a DNA demethylase and performing a DNA amplifying reaction for the same, thereby detecting the amplified. The present invention relates to a method for screening an epigenetics molecular marker, comprising the steps of separating a specific piece of the target DNA from the biological sample; (b) treating the piece in the (a) step with use of the DNA demethylase and performing the DNA amplifying reaction for the same, thereby detecting the amplified; (c) performing the DNA amplifying reaction for the piece in the (a) step without the DNA demethylase treatment, thereby detecting the amplified; and (d) comparing the each amplified in the (b) and (c).
