According to the present invention, a product transfer facility (EMS) return logic for minimizing the green tire shortage in a valcanizer includes: a stage of requiring subject G/T from a valcanizer; a stage of setting up a returning order using a return logic which sends out operating orders from a G/T store server; and a stage which an automated storage stacker crane and an enhanced message service (EMS) that received the operating orders operating to carry out the task. The return logic calculates: the time (A) from the moment receiving a G/T request signal from the valcanizer to the moment when G/T shortage occurs from the subject valcanizer; and the time (B) from the moment receiving the G/T request signal from the valcanizer to the time when the operation order was issued; and, the time (C), which is (A)-(B).
