The present invention relates to a novel polynucleotide derived from coryneform bacteria having an activity for inhibiting the formation of biofilms and an L-lysine producing strain with inactive polynucleotide and a method for producing an L-lysine using the same wherein the strain of the present invention is used for producing the L-lysine and maintains the yield of the L-lysine even though cell weight increases, thereby obtaining the L-lysine in a high yield for a short time.
