The present invention relates to a smart television-based advertising method and a buying system. Advertisement tags embedded in data broadcast to a smart television are displayed on a mobile smart device by a first voice command by a user. Each of the advertisement tags contains at least one voice tag. Information about an advertised article called by the voice tag among the advertisement tags invoked by a second voice command is displayed on the mobile smart device. Accordingly, a product showing in broadcast contents and which a consumer is interested in can be selected on a mobile smart device of the consumer using a voice command, and thereby the consumer can easily obtain information about the product.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
