The present invention relates to an antibody or an antiserum which can be combined with cortical protein of rice black streaked dwarf virus (RBSDV) causing rice black streaked dwarf, an antigen protein which can be combined with the antibody or the antiserum, a composition for diagnosing rice black streaked dwarf containing the antibody or the antiserum, a kit for diagnosing rice black streaked dwarf containing the composition, and a diagnosis method for the onset of rice black streaked dwarf disease by using the composition or the kit. The antigen protein or the antibody of the present invention can detect the cortical protein of RBSDV, which is the cause of rice black streaked dwarf, thereby being used for the early diagnosis of rice black streaked dwarf.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
