The present invention relates to an m-VoIP system, an apparatus and a method for processing an m-VoIP call in the same system. When a transmitting terminal device presets a flag for maintaining a call to be connected and requests registration through a wireless network, a call processing control device executes verification and registration according to the registration request. When a call transmitting message is received from the transmitting terminal device, push for requesting a receiving terminal device to register is executed. When push response is received from the receiving terminal device, the call transmitting message, received from the transmitting terminal device, is transmitted to the receiving terminal device after the registering a terminal device of a receiver. Accordingly, the receiving terminal device presets the flag for maintaining the call to be connected. An answer message is transmitted to the transmitting terminal device to exchange information related to the call and then the call is connected. When the transmitting terminal device request finishing the call through the wireless network, call connection between the transmitting terminal device and the receiving terminal device is cancelled by using information included in a call finishing message transmitted from the call processing control device to the receiving terminal device. The flag for maintaining a call to be connected is cancelled. Therefore, the apparatus can accurately control a state of a new call, generated during a call. In addition, the apparatus can access to a mobile network only when data transmission is needed and can cancel access to the wireless network when data transmission is not needed. Accordingly, power consumption can be reduced.
