An embodiment according to the present invention relates to a near field communications (NFC) device, more specifically to a transmitter of the NFC device and a NFC chip which reduces unnecessary power consumption by controlling an output voltage. The transmitter of NFC device comprises: a current sensing device which senses a fist current flowing on the output node of a regulator and generates a current sensing signal related to the sensing resu and a control block which compares the current sensing signal and a reference current, and generates a control signal to control voltage of the output node according to the comparison result.
