Provided is a planar heating sheet which includes a modified carbon nanotube with the content of carbon elements with a functional group of -NH2 which is 3 to 20 atom% of the content of the whole carbon elements. Provided is a method for manufacturing the modified carbon nanotube which includes the step of introducing the functional group of -NH2 on the surface on the carbon nanotube by a drying process using plasma.
