According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a prestressed steel girder comprising: a web having a convex shape to be bent upward; and a flange joined to the top and the bottom of the web. The web is manufactured to be bent upwards and is horizontally transformed by the top and the bottom with downward bending transformation induced by prestress applied to the web. The flange is welded and joined to the horizontally transformed top and bottom of the web. The prestressed steel girder maintains the prestressed state when the prestress is eliminated from the web after the welding of the flange to the web.
