The present invention relates to a test scenario creating device and an application test system comprising the same, and a test scenario creating method. The test scenario creating device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a profile information acquisition unit acquiring profile information including information on activities contained in an application and a function constructing the activities from a source code of the application; a diagram generation unit generating a diagram showing the connectivity of the activities based on the profile information; an event information acquisition unit acquiring event information related to the conversion between the activities from at least one among the profile information and data forming the layout of the activities; and a test scenario creation unit creating a test scenario for the application based on the diagram and the event information.
