The present invention relates to a composition for a complex sheet including core-shell type filler particles having magnetic particles forming a thermo-conductive ceramic compound on the surfaces and a curable organic bonding agent; the complex sheet including the core-shell type filler particles; and a method for preparing the complex sheet. The composition for the complex sheet may implement an excellent thermo-conduction property and an electromagnetic wave absorption function without lowering withstanding voltage strength and implement hardness of the final complex sheet to be low even in the same content of filler.
