The present invention relates to a suction pile guide unit and a method for installing a suction pile using the same, and more specifically, to a suction pile guide unit which can conveniently and easily interpenetrate a suction pile in the slope direction to the sea bottom and can improve pullout resistance of the suction pile by having a slope guide module and making the suction pile interpenetrated in the slope direction to the sea bottom to make the suction pile interpenetrated in the slope direction to the sea bottom during the initial interpenetration process caused by self-load of the suction pile, and to a method for installing the suction pile using the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
