The present invention relates to an eco-friendly mass-synthesizing technology of York-shell powders manufactured by forming metal salt-organic composite with use of a spraying and a drying process and then treating the same with heat, and a York-shell powder material manufactured by the technology where a liquid process which is allowed to manufacture York-shell structured materials and is complicated and needs added amount of organics in an existing method can be made quickly at low temperatures in a simple manner in the present invention, thereby leading to York-shell structured novel material synthesis whose composition is various like single based and poly based composites and being accordingly used in a wide range of fields like secondary batteries, sensors, catalysts and medical devices.
