The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for wound-healing or promoting wound-healing, containing a culture of adult stem cells or a fraction thereof as active ingredients. A culture of the adult stem cells or a fraction thereof, particularly a specific fraction of a culture of adult stem cells promote division and proliferation of skin tissue cells, thereby having excellent activity for wound-healing and for promoting wound-healing.
