The present invention relates to a composition including collagen hydrolyzates having an osteoblast proliferation activity. More specifically, the osteoblast proliferation composition includes the functional peptides separated and identified from the collagen hydrolyzates as active ingredients. The present invention can separate and identify the collagen hydrolyzatesv from the collagen hydrolyzates capable of promoting the proliferation of osteoblasts. The synthetic peptides having the sequence of the functional peptides are confirmed to have the osteoblast proliferation activity. Accordingly, the present invention can be applied to various fields including the food and medicine industries.
