The present invention relates to a prefabricated floating home and, more specifically, to a prefabricated floating home, capable of allowing users to stay in a floating home without inconvenience, easing the installation and maintenance by using a separable prefabricating type, and preventing environmental pollution as well as securing cleanness by including a rubbish purifying system. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides a prefabricated floating home including a home (100) including a bathroom; a roof (110) to temporarily block rain and snow; a plurality of support units (200) including a float (220) providing buoyancy, and supporting the home (100) and the roof (110); a frame (300) installed in an upper part of an outer border of the support units, and having a plurality of holes (310) formed to fix and install a fixing unit (400) on each corner; the fixing unit (400) installed in the holes of the frame, and fixing the support units (200) to prevent the support units from being pushed by water flow; and a rubbish disposing unit (500) installed in a float of one selected from among the support units (200) to discharge rubbish by storing or purifying the rubbish.
