According to the present invention, a laser processing system is to process a surface of a roll along a preset processing pattern while scanning a laser beam. The laser processing system comprises: a laser oscillator to generate and output a laser beam; a galvanometer scanner to irradiate while scanning the laser beam on the surface of the roll by reflecting the laser beam at a preset angle; a rotary stage to rotate the roll on the rotary shaft while supporting the loaded roll; and a process controller controlling the driving of the galvanometer scanner and the rotary stage to scan the laser beam in accordance to a processing pattern, and setting the roll processing scan area of the galvanometer scanner to be positioned within an area between a reference processing surface being in contact with the surface of the roll and a virtual focus depth surface separated from the reference processing surface to the rotary shaft of the roll at the depth of focus of the laser beam. The present invention maximizes the cooling efficiency of the strips by minutely spraying cooling water to the surface of the strips at constant pressure. More specifically, the present invention facilitates maintenance, repair, and replacement of the quick cooling device in the continuous annealing equipment to improve work efficiency.
