The present invention relates to a finance management system and a finance management method for foreign residents thereof. According to the present invention, the finance management system as a native finance management system of a user who live in foreign residence comprises a reception unit to receive a service application for a payment means in a visiting country from a user terminal of the user; an account management unit to manage a deposit received from the user terminal, and a setting unit to set the provision guarantee limit of the user based on the deposit and to transmit the provision guarantee limit to a finance management system of the visiting country.
