Provided are a method and an apparatus for treating wastewater. The present invention provides a technology which simply performs the simple pre-treatment as a primary step by collecting industrial sewage and domestic sewage discharged from factories or homes, removes various nutrient salts from waste water using microalgae and obtains biomass by microalgae at the same time, and gets rid of remaining pollutants of the waste water without biomass and various nutrient salts again in a physical method by a hollow fiber filter.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
