Disclosed are a seabed pipeline detector and a detecting method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the seabed pipeline detector comprises: a moving and detecting unit which is arranged to cover the outside of a pipe, moves along the pipe, and detects the inside of the pipe; and a drilling unit which is coupled to the moving and detecting unit and provides a movement path for the moving and detecting unit by drilling the seabed to enable the moving and detecting unit to move on a seabed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
