The present invention relates to a big data construction system using electronic contracts or electronic tax invoices which is connected to an ERP electronic tax invoice service relay system to construct big data based on electronic contracts or electronic tax invoices, and provides transaction information analysis, sales information analysis, credit information analysis, market prediction, and competition information analysis performed using the constructed big data. The big data construction system is connected to the ERP electronic tax invoice service relay system to construct the big data based on electronic contracts or electronic tax invoices and comprises a big data construction server which receives information on purchase orders, order sheets, transaction invoices, and contracts, divides the received information into company-related information (first company information), product-related information (second company information), and transaction-related information (third company information), saves the first company information, the second company information, and the third company information on a big data database, and transmits transaction information analysis, sales information analysis, credit information analysis, market prediction, and competition information analysis performed using the first company information, the second company information, and the third company information to a main portal server.
