An embodiment of the present invention relates to a power system comprising an exhaust gas recirculation system, and an exhaust gas recirculation control method. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the power system comprising an exhaust gas recirculation system comprises: an engine comprising a cylinder; an intake manifold connected to the engine; a supercharger to supply compressed air to the intake manifold; an exhaust manifold connected to the cylinder of the engine; a recirculation flow passage to recirculate exhaust discharged from the cylinder of the engine to the exhaust manifold to the intake manifold; an intake temperature sensor to measure a temperature of the intake manifold; an intake pressure sensor to measure a pressure of the intake manifold; a flow rate sensor to measure a flow rate of a fluid supplied from the supercharger to the intake manifold; a cylinder intake flow rate calculation part to calculate the flow rate of a fluid from the intake manifold to be charged in the cylinder of the engine; and a control part to calculate the flow rate of the exhaust recirculated through the recirculation flow passage based on information provided by the intake temperature sensor, the flow rate sensor, the intake pressure sensor, and the cylinder intake flow rate calculation part.
