The present invention relates to an athlete′s foot treatment composition having a vegetable ingredient of crude drug, allowing a sterilization and a disinfection together, suppressing thin-walling of skin mycete, removing moisture, protecting a skin through an anti-inflammatory effect, and perfectly eradicating an athlete′s foot germ spread throughout a foot through preservative and dead skin cell softening effects, and preventing a recurrence possibility, as a main material, and to a manufacturing method thereof. Therefore, the manufacturing method comprises: a preprocessing stage (S) including a herb medicine composition cutting and mixing process (S1) of cutting and mixing a dried orange peel, licorice, and Cyperus to produce a compound composition, a compound composition grinding process (S2) of making the compound composition be ground by using a grinder to make a compound ground composition, a compound composition moisture removal process (S3) of rotating, heating, and drying the compound ground composition in a heating rotation dryer, and reducing the moisture in the compound ground composition, and a compound composition powderization process (S4) of grinding the compound ground composition in the grinder to make a compound powder composition which is powdered; and a post-processing stage (T) including a skin corrosion preventing agent mixing process (T5) of mixing creosote in the compound powder composition to make a skin corrosion preventing agent mixing composition, and a liquid composition mixing process (T6) of mixing the skin corrosion preventing agent mixing position, a vinegar and an alcohol having 18 to 19 percentage of acidity, and processed sulfur to make a liquid althlete′s foot treatment composition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
