The present invention relates to an apparatus for relieving pseudomyopia and eye fatigue, comprising: a main body which provides a space in which components are built, and is formed to correspond the contour of users; an LED light emitting part which has a distance from eyes of users, is installed and has a plurality of LEDs wherein the LEDs flicker based on predetermined inputted sequences and time; a massaging part which has a left massaging part formed around a left eye of users and a right massaging part formed around a right eye of users; a distance controlling part which is installed to connect the massaging part, thereby controlling the distance between the left massaging part and the right massaging part; a light blocking part which is installed in the massaging part to prevent light from coming; a vibration part which generates vibrations and is connected to one end of the left massing part and right massaging part in a hinge connection; a signal inputting part which inputs reaction of users; and a control part which controls operations of the LED light emitting part, the vibration part and the signal inputting part.
