The present invention relates to a P2P education service providing system and a method therefor and, more specifically, to a P2P education service providing system and a method therefor comprising: a step of providing local resident-to-local resident education construction based on a local community; and a step of allowing lecturers and trainees to search and register classes online and enabling each of the lecturers and trainees to take an offline class at convenient time and place, thereby increasing accessibility to an education service of lecturers and trainees and encouraging the lecturers and trainees to actively participate in the education service construction. In addition, the P2P education service providing system can increase the quality of education service through continuous feedback between the lecturers and trainees, build up community spirit in the local community, and achieve a subordinate effect such as regional economic vitalization.
