See-through smart glasses having a health care function according to the present invention comprises; left and right eye visible units; a frame unit wherein the left and right eye visible units are combined; a temple unit combined to both ends of the frame unit; a display unit installed in the frame unit; a control unit which controls the left and right eye visible units and a head mounted display unit; a communication unit for performing communications with an external device; a memory unit for data storage; a power supply unit for power supply; a brain wave measuring sensor unit which measures brain waves of a user; a switch unit which turns the power supply unit on/off; and a camera unit for photographing an image. A measured result is transmitted to an external server through the communication unit if it is determined that the brain wave of the user measured by the brain wave measuring sensor unit falls outside a predetermined standard state. According to the present invention, the health of a smart glasses wearer can be checked through the smart glasses by sensing the brain wave and temperature of the smart glasses wearer at regular time intervals. If it is determined that the sensed brain wave and temperature fall outside the standard state, this information is transmitted to the external server. Therefore, a remote medical treatment for a health state of the smart glasses wearer can be possible through the smart glasses.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
