The present invention relates to a method for constructing a waste PBT recycling network using a compounding technology, wherein a waste PBT scrap is extruded and produced to a pellet by using the compounding technology, and to an apparatus therefor. The method comprises: a consecutive pulverizing step for sequentially pulverizing waste PBT using a crusher and a pulverizer; a drying step for drying the pulverized waste PBT with hot air and dehumidification; a compounding step for mixing a prescribed additive in the dried waste PBT; and an extrusion step for removing gas and moisture of the compounded waste PBT.
