The present invention relates to a system and a method of an automatic collect call using a collect call signal controlling server and smartphones, enabling callers to input phone numbers of receivers on a virtual screen on the smartphone to make a phone call and starts a collect call while transferring a request signal for the collect call through the collect call signal controlling server to a smartphones of a receiver and displaying a virtual calling screen on the smartphone of the callers and a virtual receiving screen on the smartphone of the receivers, thereby automatically performing calling from the smartphone of the callers to the smartphones of the receivers if the callers agree the request of the collect call on the virtual receiving screen.
