The present invention relates to an electro-optical camera and an electro-optical camera system for planetary exploration. The electro-optical camera according to the present invention is composed of: a camera barrel, a first lens installed inside the camera barrel where an image of the object passes through; a second lens whose optical axis is lined up with the optical axis of the first lens and that performs the zoom function; a third lens whose optical axis is lined up with the optical axes of the first and the second lens and that performs the focusing function; a focal plane electronic unit that converts the inputted light into video data by using a recording device; a light receiving sensor that measures the intensity of light of the object and a controller unit that calculates the light exposure time of a video sensor based on the intensity information received from the light receiving sensor and controls the recording setup.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
