The present invention relates to a tool for combing hairs such as a hair comb and a hair brush. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a hair brush having a massage function, wherein the main body of the hair brush and the non-powered magnetic vibrator are integrated in one structure, thereby allowing the conversion of kinetic energy such as an impact and a friction into vibration energy to apply vibration to the entire body of the hair brush when hairs are combed with the hair brush. The hair brush of the present invention comprises: a main body having multiple bristles to protrude upward from multiple through holes perforated on the top surface; and a non-powered magnetic vibrator vibrating by the action of an impact and a friction without any power supply to the inside of the main body, wherein the non-powered magnetic vibrator is embedded in the hair brush having non-powered massage function to make the hair brush vibrate by an impact and a friction.
