The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for sharing a file in cloud storage service. According to the present invention, identification information for content filtering is acquired from a file in a network environment providing cloud storage service. If identification information of a file is present in content filtering database, the file is classified as unshareable commercial content to be stored and, if identification information of a file is not present in content filtering database, the file is classified as shareable personal content to be stored. Thereafter, sharing is permitted for a file classified as personal content.
