A conventional aquatic play apparatus has problems that an aquatic play is monotonous and is not linked to an interesting play to easily cause boredom because of using only a characteristic of being simply floating on the water in the aquatic play using an air tube or a buoyant plate floating on the water, and a drowning person cannot be rescued by using the air tube when the person is drowning in the vicinity during the aquatic play because it cannot be reached by the drowning person. The present invention provides an aquatic play apparatus with propulsion which improves the monotonousness as above described and enables a user to move forwards and select a direction for movement, thereby enabling the user to enjoy an interesting and effective aquatic play, and drives propulsion for being easily moved to the drowning person when an water accident occurs due to inexperienced swimming skill or the like during the aquatic play, thereby having an effect of being usable even for rescue.
