The present invention relates to a device to the solution heat treatment of an inner pipe of a gas pipe by using high frequency. The device includes an insulating pipe (120); an inner pipe (101) of a gas pipe placed in the insulating pipe (120) to emit heat at high temperature when a high frequency is applied to an induction coil (112); a high frequency heating device (110) comprising the induction coil (112) wound on the insulating pipe (120) and, through which a high frequency current flows, and a high frequency current supply part (111) supplying a high frequency current to the induction coil (112), and executing the solution heat treatment of the inner pipe (101) by heating the pipe at high temperature; a plurality of injection holes (131) formed on the insulating pipe (120); a first gas supply unit (141) injecting first inactive gas through the first injection holes; an adaptor (150) radiating heat to the inner pipe (101) while sealing the inner pipe (101), heated at high temperature, from the outer air to prevent the pipe from directly making contact with the air; a plurality of second injection holes (132) formed in the adaptor (150); and a second gas supply unit (142) injecting second inactive gas through the second injection holes (132) to prevent the inner pipe (101) from reacting to the external air by quenching the pipe. Therefore, the solution heat treatment of the inner pipe is performed at a low cost.
