The present invention relates to a composition for an eco-friendly snail pesticide and a control method therefor. Conventional chemical pesticides have been problems of resistance and residual toxicity in crops. In order to solve these problems, the present invention provides a composition for a pesticide comprising: tea saponin extracted from a Camellia japonica seed which is safe to humans and animals, soil, and environment; and a copper compound. According to the present invention, treatment of the pesticide provides a rapid and excellent control effect due to a knockdown phenomenon of snails. In addition, according to the present invention, a composition for controlling pests provides a resistance-free composition for controlling Pomacea canaliculata in a rice field and a simple method for controlling Pomacea canaliculata.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
