The present invention relates to a foam jig which is used to foam-mold an insulation member in a commercial refrigerator and a commercial refrigerator manufactured by using the foam jig. The foam jig includes: a mount frame including an installation surface; an outer wall support apparatus which is installed on the installation surface of the mount frame and employs a foldable structure including a front support plate, a rear support plate, side support plates, and a cover plate to support the outer walls of an inserted refrigerator having prefabricated walls; and an inner wall support apparatus which has storage space supports changing the volume by a movable plate to support the inner walls of the prefabricated refrigerator. The storage space supports in the inner wall support apparatus have two or more partition space units and wall space units between the inner and outer wall support apparatuses to divide the storage space in the refrigerator into multiple spaces while foam-molding the integrated insulation material. The foaming material such as urethane can be injected to the storage space divided by the partitions to mold an integrated foam insulation layer, thereby completely separating the storage spaces of a cool chamber and a freezer.
