The present invention relates to an eye cosmetic tool used as an eyeliner and an eyeshadow, the eye cosmetic tool comprising: a battery; a body; a cosmetic stick in which an eyeliner cosmetic material and at least two eyeshadow materials are respectively formed in a length direction and sequentially disposed in parallel to be hardened; and a stick unit formed in an upper end part of the body and having the cosmetic stick formed therein. By using the eye cosmetic tool used as an eyeliner and an eyeshadow, eye makeup is performed through the cosmetic stick of the eyeliner and eyeshadow disposed in parallel. The eyeliner and eyeshadow have an automatically adjusted ratio based on an appropriate standard, so that eye makeup may be performed in balance and time spent for eye makeup may be reduced.
