The present invention relates to a bequest gas exhaust system at a vacuum process in indoor gas insulated switchgear (GIS) substations. More particularly, the present invention relates to a bequest gas exhaust system at the vacuum in indoor GIS substations which prevents the malfunction of a smoke detector for fire by effectively absorbing and filtering a bequest gas generated in a vacuum process required for GIS assembly in an indoor substation, improves working environment, and perform effectively a vacuum process. According to the present invention, the malfunction of a smoke detector for fire can be prevented by effectively absorbing and filtering a bequest gas generated in vacuuming a GIS in an indoor substation.
