The present invention relates to a composition comprising low density polyethylene (LDPE), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), and a plasticizer, with water and gas barrier properties, a film applying the same, and a film manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, a composition comprising low density polyethylene (LDPE), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), and a plasticizer, and a film applying the same represent excellent water and gas barrier properties, thus can be broadly used in packaging for an electrical/electronic product and in a packaging field such as a food, a drug, a medical appliance, etc., which are highly required for blocking inflow of water and gas.
