The present invention relates to a genetic marker for predicting back fat thickness of Sus scrofa, a microarray and a kit including the genetic marker, and a method for predicting back fat thickness of Sus scrofa using the same. By using the genetic marker for predicting back fat thickness of Sus scrofa and the predicting method of back fat thickness of Sus scrofa, a character of back fat thickness of Sus scrofa can be interpreted at the level of molecular biology, and Sus scrofa with an excellent economic character as a molecular marker factor capable of predicting the back fat thickness of Sus scrofa can be selected.
