The present invention relates to all mobile identification cards with secured personal information by a QR code. An IC memory chip is embedded in the mobile identification card according to the present invention. All mobile identification cards with secured personal information by a QR code according to the present invention prevents the leakage of the personal information. According to the present invention, the records of all important information items written on the rear side of the identification card are formed by a computer QR code formation system to be applied to all identification cards. A permitted organization identifies the personal information and all identification information formed in the QR code by photographing the QR code by a camera of a smart phone by receiving an application by the smart phone.
