The present invention provides a joint structure of a remodeling modular unit for seismic reinforcement extension, including: a modular unit including a ceiling beam installed above a column and a floor beam installed below the column; a joint form provided at a joint between the modular unit and an existing structure as a permanent structure for the joint of tie metal of the existing structure and the modular unit; an integrated joint re-bar integrated with the tie metal protruding from an end of the existing structure to be arranged inside the joint form; and a concrete member placed inside the joint form to be integrated with the tie metal.
