A method for scarfing a carbon steel cast-piece is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for scarfing a carbon steel cast-piece includes: a preparing step of providing a carbon steel cast-piece; a scarfing step of scarfing a surface part of the carbon steel cast-piece by passing the carbon steel cast-piece through a scarfing device; and a cooling step for cooling the surface part of the carbon steel cast-piece transferred through the scarfing device below a speed of martensite transformation cooling.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
