The present invention provides a user interface device and a method using a touch interface unit, an inclination sensing unit, a sound collection unit, and a humidity collection unit. According to the present invention, the interface device includes: the touch interface unit which senses touch, the direction, and the speed of the touch; the inclination sensing unit which senses inclination of the device; the sound collection unit which collects sound around the device; and the humidity collection unit that collects humidity around the device and displays animation of turning over the page on a display unit of a layer value corresponding to a touched class when the touch on a classified setting area of the touch interface unit has a predetermined value or greater. The sensed inclination, sound, and humidity have influence on relation between a value of touch on a touch interface and a value of the animation on the display unit within a predetermined range of the values.
