An apparatus for assessing constructional feasibility of an international construction project of the present invention comprises: a survey response database which stores survey response data for survey items designed with respect to measurement variables required for the calculation of each latent variable used in a structural equation model; a measurement variable calculation unit which calculates input values of each measurement variable from survey response data of survey items corresponding to each of the measurement variables; a structural equation model processing unit which calculates an influence effect of each latent variable for constructional feasibility by performing a path analysis between latent variables and between latent variables and dependent variables depending on the input values of the measurement variables with respect to the structural equation model; and a constructional feasibility analysis unit which selects priority influence factors to enhance constructional feasibility as at least one latent variable or measurement variable having a relatively larger influence effect of constructional feasibility, wherein the structural equation model includes latent variables and measurement variables which are selected by at least one respectively from design, construction and headquarter support sectors in participant subjects of a construction project and can be built by including constructional feasibility as a dependent variable.
