METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SASA BOREALIS BEVERAGE AND SASA BOREALIS BEVERAGE MANUFACTURED THEREBY

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a Sasa borealis beverage wherein a predetermined amount of Sasa borealis material comprising a Sasa borealis leaf and nutritional components is prepared as a main ingredient, and a lemon grass, an acer mono sap and a natural preservative are mixed to the main ingredient to manufacture the Sasa borealis beverage. Accordingly, a purpose of the present invention is to promote health through useful components of Sasa borealis and other subsidiary ingredients. To this end, the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) mixing 1 to 5 parts by weight of a lemon grass and 20,000 to 40,000 parts by weight of water with respect to 100 parts by weight of a pre-treated Sasa borealis material, and preparing a material mixture; (b) immersing the material mixture mixed in the step (a) in a hot water and heating thereof at a temperature of 80 to 100°C for 5 to 8 hours so as to soften Sasa borealis; (c) leaching useful component of Sasa borealis by heating the immersed and softened Sasa borealis in the step (b) at a temperature of 120 to 150°C for 3 to 5 hours; (d) mixing 0.1 to 0.3 parts by weight of an acer mono sap with respect to 100 parts by weight of the Sasa borealis extract from which useful components are leached in the step (c); (e) manufacturing a Sasa borealis beverage by mixing in a ratio of 0.01 to 0.1 parts by weight of a natural preservative with respect to 100 parts by weight of the mixture of Sasa borealis and acer mono sap mixed in the step (d); and (f) performing a filtering, a sterilization and a cooling treatment for the Sasa borealis beverage mixture manufactured in the step (e).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
